We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by 3rd party company or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or custom random checks if you are ordering internationally. 

International orders on average take around 30 working days in transit time.

1) How can I track my order?

Whenever an order you placed through your store name ships, you can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details. It will be sent to the email address registered with your your store name Account, or used during the checkout process.

2) What shipping speeds are offered?

Your store name may have up to 5 shipping speeds and all available shipping speeds will show during checkout. 

The speeds that show are dependent on those made available by the seller.  

• Standard – Should arrive3 to 10 business days after shipment
• Expedited – Should arrive3 to 6 business days after shipment
• Second Day – Should arrive2 business days after shipment
• Next Day – Should arriveby the end of business the day after shipment
• Pick up – Pick up at our(your store name) Warehouse facility.

3) What is covered in the FREE SHIPPING?

Free shipping is ground shipping only within choose country(s). It is only available to choose item(s).

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2 business day(s) for orders in Greater Beirut and 7 business days if you are outside greater Beirut. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays unless agreed upfront with the customer. If we are experiencing a high volume of requests, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for locally are entirely FREE. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. There is a minimum charge to qualify for free shipping. Your order must be above 200 USD.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship globally and to any location in the world except the following countries choose country(s). 

SHIPPING RATES

We have one shipping fee formula irrespective of the destination. Any order above 200 USD is eligible for FREE shipping. Below the value mentioned, the order is subject to a 15 USD service and handling fee.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Our website website domain is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If in doubt get in touch with us by email to address what might be the tariff at your destination.
